Horrible location, consistently understaffed in the printing/ mailbox department. I've been getting mail here for two years and only one person(manager) can find my mail. They rarely scan ipostal items in and I stand here waiting upwards of 30 mins for my mail. If the manager lady is not at work I don't receive my mail at all. I travel for work so if I dont get it when I'm in town I have to wait for weeks or a month before trying again. I'm switching my mail to somewhere else.⁰⁰

During my interaction with the staff, I found their behavior to be both discourteous and inattentive. I reached out to them by phone at 7 pm, hoping to get an update on the progress of my print order. The staff member I spoke with provided me with assurance that the order would be completed by 8:30 pm, which matched the time stated on the confirmation page I had received. Trusting their word, I waited patiently until 8:30 pm, expecting to pick up my order. However, to my disappointment, the order was still not ready. It wasn’t until 8:50 pm that I finally received the print. Upon inspection, I noticed that the booklets were not properly aligned, which meant they had to be taken apart and restapled to meet the required standards.

No service. The checkout process was unnecessarily complicated, and instead of helping, they focused on criticising the $400 La-Z-Boy computer chair we had carried to the front, and pushing Staples product insurance. It really felt like their priority was selling insurance rather than the product. Im not sure if this is a company push or just this store. Would have been much easier to just purchase online - from a reputable retailer.

This staples has had consistent terrible service for as long as they have been here. Try it out every few years when it is convenient and am shocked that it continues. Today I went to recycle print cartridges and buy new ones. I stood in line at the register for 5 minutes with others in line behind me while the guy at the register and what appeared to be a manager talked about something that happened in the store. Didn’t make eye contact or say that they would be right with me. Just kept talking. I finally walked out and then they suddenly said “I’m sorry sir”. I just kept walking, went to Best Buy two doors down and was back at my car in front of staples with my printer cartridges four minutes later. I guess I will try again in another year or so. If I was the regional VP or manager here I would be irate. Mine was a $210 sale that was lost because staff couldn’t be bothered. How many more deals are being lost?

I’m really impressed with Staples. They quickly addressed the problem with the carrier and made sure my documents got delivered to the court! The support was friendly and kept me updated. I appreciate their willingness to resolve issues. Definitely a five star experience.
