04/19/26 around 3:20 PM I visited this location to get assistance with preparing a self-addressed prepaid return envelope and clearly mentioned that it was my first time. During the interaction, one employee responded dismissively, stating, “you know how to do it,” and continued conversing and laughing with a coworker instead of offering help. This felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was then directed by another employee to complete a form that was unrelated to my request, which resulted in approximately 15 minutes of unnecessary delay. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism and basic customer support. I hope management can address this to ensure better service for future customers.

Had to print architecture drawings a few months ago, now menus. Darrell both times was so helpful and patient with me. Very happy to have this store in my neighborhood.

I walked in right before closing on a Sunday because I realized I was missing something important for a meeting the next morning. Danny was incredibly kind and patient, even though the store was minutes from closing. He made sure everything I printed looked perfect, and even reprinted one item that didn’t have the proper crop marks. I will totally be coming back to this Fedex for any printing & shipping needs!

I just left the FedEx Office on 14th Street (Store #1864), and I want to share how wonderful my experience was. Mr. Danny was incredibly helpful as I was sending out a return to a retailer. He was attentive, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. I truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and the courteous way he interacted not only with me but with other customers as well. Excellent customer service like his really makes a difference—thank you, Mr. Danny, for making my visit so smooth and pleasant!
