Came in to look for some notepads and returning an Amazon item. As soon as I walked in immediate greeting and helpful staff. When I walked up to return my Amazon item they just scanned my item and they took it from there. Simple and straight forward. 👌 very organized and plenty of staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 out of 5 stars) Stopped by Staples to make copies of some documents from my email. We were helped right away at the copy center by a friendly staff member who walked us through the process. He gave us an email address to send our files to, and once we sent them, we received a code/QR code to use at the self-service printer. It felt like it took a long time for the email to arrive, (luckily we had Boba!🧋) but after that it was smooth sailing—scanned the QR code, inserted my debit card, pressed a few buttons, and the copies printed quickly. The best part was that payment was handled right at the copy machine—no need to go back to the service desk. The store itself was large, very clean, bright, and well-organized. Even though it was a scorching day outside, the AC inside was wonderfully cool. We didn’t browse the store this time, just used the copy center, but the experience was quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend for a simple and hassle-free printing job!

I went in for one folder. One. Somehow left with folders, sticky notes, pens I didn’t know existed, and a printer I absolutely convinced myself I needed. Staples has this subtle power where everything feels like a “smart decision” in the moment. No regrets though—it all works perfectly.

I stopped at Staples in Elk Grove while preparing materials for a small project, and the experience turned out to be much more pleasant than expected. The store had a calm atmosphere and the staff were genuinely friendly. One employee helped me choose the right printing paper and even gave helpful advice about finishing the project. Small interactions like that make a big difference.

I love this store. Not just because it is close by, but I always find exactly what I need. I come at different times and the store is never super crowded. I like being able to zip in and zip out. I also like the fact when you ask an associate for help, they don't just tell you what aisle your item is on, they walk you over to the spot and point out exactly where it is on the shelf. Can't ask for anything more!
