I am very grateful that I went into this particular Staples last 4/12/2026 as I met one of the best managers Staples have. Sergio helped me quite a bit with the issue I had with my old printer and gave me his valuable time for me to be able to purchased another good printer. Prior to coming to this specific location, I went to another Staples and Best Buy stores but both were not able to help me and were not patience enough for me to consider buying a new printer. Thank you so much Sergio for your patience, understanding and your assistance that made my day last Saturday!

Came to return items from Amazon, which clearly say Any staples location, no packaging required. When I get to the counter, the person working there (Thomas) looks at my items and says I can't return anything that doesn't fit in a plastic bag. So I say ok what about this other item its small and fits in a bag. He says your at the wrong store for that I can't return it and walks away, I dont know where or why he's leaving. Few minutes later this other person that works there asks me "are you returning" I said yes. He proceeded and scan both items no questions asks and boom done. Thomas just straight up didn't want to help me. This guy needs some more training or just better communication with people. I later called the store to speak with a manager regarding situation and the guy that answered wad Sergio and says he is one of the managers and so is Thomas and he will relay info to Thomas. When I explained the situation to Sergio he mention both people that I interacted with was both managers. Which is wild, when I was there I saw maybe 5 people working, so your telling me 3/5 people are managers ?? Weird, but ok.

The Staples felt like a quiet library for productivity. Shelves lined with notebooks and stationery created a calm, almost reflective atmosphere. I went to Staples in Natomas, CA for a large desk top Staples calendar and found the gel pens on sale, acrylic paints & re-charger plug were on clearance. Great needed finds! The store was clean and organized and the the cashier was pleasant to talk to while ringing in my stuff. Very helpful!
