It's a nice store and I'm glad they are still around. They sell the usual paper, office supplies, computers/laptops, you can use printers and fax machines and pay per copy/fax, they offer book binding and lots of other stuff! Good parking and easy entry for those with disabilities/wheelchairs. Wasn't a long wait for an associate when I went in. Saturday just after opening. They also have Tsa pre-check sign up. This requires an appt which can be made through Telos online.

The cashier was no help, didn’t understand english, then the print area worker had an attitude when I said I needed to drop off a FedEx return, I printed out the labels as I don’t have a printer at home. Then went back to the counter and she ignored me for 20 minutes !!! once she finally came over she still had the gross attitude, and then told me she couldn’t accept the packages since she didn’t know the password to login. Apparently nobody else had the password either not even the manager ??

Richard the manager was very helpful after I arrived about five minutes before closing. He guided me to ensure I was able to complete my printing project. After I finished, Denise made sure everything was satisfactory and I got everything I needed. I appreciate their exceptional customer service and I highly recommend this store.

This Broadway OfficeMax location should be shut down!!! I came here to replenish 4 very expensive Canon laser printer ink cartridges that were not in stock so they let me know they could order them for me to ship to the store. Before placing the order, the salesman tells me I should join their Business Select program since it only costs $49 annually. By doing so, he explains to me that I'd be saving 10% off of this Canon toner order which would instantly cover the cost of their Business Select program fee since I'm spending over $550. Well I of course agree to pay the $49 Business Select program fee only to find out that my Canon toner is NOT discounted at all. The salesman then tells me that this discount would eventually be applied which was never true. The following week when I'm notified that my Canon toner has arrived to the store, the order is incomplete. The manager Mohammed tells me that my Magenta toner must be on a separate shipment scheduled to arrive the next day. I try to explain to him that it says in my shipping status e-mail from Veyer that the order was "shipped in full" using "1 box", but he doesn't want to believe that. I call OfficeMax customer service and they explain that the Canon Magenta toner can't be shipped to a store location, yet I was still charged for it while never receiving the item. I come back the next day and the store manager seems to think I received wrong information from calling their 800# customer service department and refuses to even issue a refund. I then call OfficeMax customer service back to initiate a refund which takes 10 more days to process. I obviously need my Magenta toner so I must now go to Best Buy which takes just 2 days to arrive to their store. I come back to OfficeMax to see if they can check into the status of my refund and the store manager again acts as if this whole situation is not their fault and I must contact their customer support again. I explain to him that he and his store employees have now lied to me about everything at this point. I let him know that if his employee was able to ring me up for this order on their store cash register within 3 minutes, they can certainly process a refund on that same register for a product that was never received. I'm demanding I get reimbursed for 10% off my initial order as I was originally promised by your salesman. You must also reimburse the $49 Business Select program annual fee since I was totally mislead and lied to. I had to call OfficeMax Customer Service 4 times to try to rectify a mistake made by your store. You've now lost a previous loyal customer for life. 0 Stars!!!

Very friendly staff welcomed me when I entered the store told me where I could find the stuff and then somebody just came and took me right over to the paper shredders and explained all the different shredders and what they did and the different types of cuts a shredder has And how secure they are
