Courteous, and accommodating staff. They may not have every office product I need, but who does in a brick & mortar store. I can get what I need, when I need it - most of the time. Like my new wireless Logi keyboard & mouse.

I walked in and used the check in kiosk for full service. The estimated wait time was 14 minutes according to the response from the kiosk. After waiting for 50 minutes, I had enough. They are supposed to text you when you are next in line. 3 hours and 30 minutes later I still didn't get a text. I walked next door to Home Depotband picked up some yard tools, then across the way to Target to get a few other items. Walked back to my car at Office Max and still no text. Worst customer service ever! Zero Stars!

Bella is the most professional person I’ve met there. She’s great at her job, in fact perfect. I had laminated things there before and didn’t get the quality that Bella took to do a professional job. And a great personality. Your lucky to have a person that does her job so well 👍🏻👍🏻
