I had an amazing experience at Staples today. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing needing 20 balloons filled, and even though the staff was getting ready to close for the night, they were incredibly friendly, patient, and willing to help. Not once did they make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Instead, they went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it really stood out. A big thank you to the team for staying positive and helping me out at the end of a long day. I truly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back!

I frequently go to this Staples store to return Amazon items. I like the way they set up the process so it's getting smoother and smoother to make returns. I do, however, want to COMPLAIN about the sale of balloons right next to the Amazon return area. Many people have allergies to latex. Latex balloons out Gas latex and can make breathing difficult for people sensitive to latex such as myself. The mylar balloons Are no problem. Please stop inflating latex balloons all along your wall there. Use mylar and please respect that people need to breathe. Pretty basic to breathe. Including children that come in the store. So please stop polluting the air with latex. Let alone where we were forced to stand there right next to it Please take this seriously

It was an online order. I have done many in the past and my rating was always 5stars. This time the process of ordering was a bit confusing. In other words, there were buttons that were missing like delete something from an order. or order different papers for different jobs. My order was relatively fast to complete, but the quality of the print outs was not as expected. I send in a word document to print in black and white and arrived with a gray tone all over it but the margins. It was still usable but not aesthetically pleasant.

I had purchased a bunch of items this week (laptop, paper, cleaning products, ink etc). When I got to my office to unload them, the ink was missing so I went back to staples to see if I had left it on the counter. The staff was super helpful, pulled up camera footage to help me find it. Even though the video showed that it was with the rest of my items when I checked out, the cashiers and management offered a discount to rebuy a new one and I am so impressed with the customer service. I just started shopping here in the last few months and every time I check out the staff has been helpful, friendly and went the extra mile for me. I am so grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer, thanks to the staples team!!!!

Staples, Jamie your Retail Sales Supervisor is truly an asset to your company. I am 81 years old. I was trying to return 2 antennas to amazon it was a nightmare. Jamie walked me through the entire ordeal. We had to cal amazon customer service. 1 was accepted at staples 1 was going to whole foods. Finally with Jamie's help amazon let staples accept both. It took over an hr. Thank you Jamie. Your an Angel!
