This particular location is, quite simply, a disaster. For years, I have utilized Staples for my Amazon returns, but my recent experiences here have been nothing short of invasive. ​On several occasions, staff members have taken it upon themselves to treat my private packages as their own personal discovery projects—reopening items and displaying them in front of other customers. Apparently, the concept of Customer Privacy is a foreign policy at this branch. To add to the chaos, they frequently fail to provide a basic receipt for returned items, leaving the customer with zero proof of the transaction. ​When I attempted to address these concerns with the store manager, Natasha Ward, I was met with a display of "professionalism" that can only be described as a complete lack of training and a remarkably hostile, prejudiced attitude. It is truly fascinating that someone with such a blatant disregard for basic manners and customer service etiquette is positioned in the Print Shop—a role that generally requires, you know, interacting with people. ​As a creative leader and national TV host, I deal with professional standards daily; this location fails every single one of them. Their blatant disregard for privacy and the lack of basic human decency from management is staggering. ​I am leaving one star only because the system won't allow me to gift them the -0 stars they have so rightfully earned. ​Note to Natasha Ward: I strongly suggest revisiting basic customer service training. Perhaps try leaving the "nasty attitude" at home before stepping into a professional environment. You never truly know who is standing on the other side of the counter. Note for you: NATASHA WARD It is important to treat others with the same respect and consideration that you would like to receive.

The associates were truly helpful and knowledgeable. They weren't just focused on selling me something; they genuinely cared about showing me the real value of the products I was interested in. They even took the time to tell me about the printer trade-in offer at Staples. It's nice to see such thoughtful service—unlike other places that might just let you walk out without mentioning these great deals.

As a business owner who recruits leadership for a living, I would like to post a personal 5 star 🌟 review for employee Stephanie. She is absolutely AMAZING! If I was hiring for a corporate executive assistant or manager of anykind I would hire her. Stephanie has incredible follow through. She stuck with me trying to perfect business card templates and was so sweet, present and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this print department! See Stephanie!!!!

I thought there was only one Staples left in town and it was deep in Henderson. I couldn't be more delighted to find this one! Is it close to my home, no. Will i absolutely drive out of my way to go back here, yes! Don't even go to the other office supply stores, they don't ever have what you are looking for, like hole punches. Not kidding. This Staples was bright, filled with all the fun office supplies you need and I left so satisfied with my in store purchases and my custom print job. They even sell balloons as they took over the Party City balloon business. I feel like I got a piece of me back with a place that can rival Amazon. The people were friendly, kind, and made my end of a crazy Monday so happy. Good on you all!

The manager Natasha is a blessing to this store. I Have read a previous review from. Some angry entitled man, and let me tell you I am writing this because that is not the case. I Do not do many reviews but Natasha treated me with such professionalism and kindness it was quite amazing. I had to print items for a funeral and needed them right away she made sure all of the associates that helped understands the urgency and treated me with such kindness, as it was a very tough time. THANK YOU Natasha for helping my family through this. I do not understand how someone can be so angry in a post as her and her stors was truly a blessing !
