They offer a wide selection of supplies—from basic stationery to tech items and office furniture—making it easy to find what you need in one place. The print and copy center is especially convenient, with fast turnaround times for everything from business cards to banners and even passport photos. I also appreciate how seamless their online and in-store experience is, with same-day pickup and helpful inventory tracking. The stores are clean, well-organized, and the staff are usually knowledgeable and willing to help. Their rewards program adds extra value for frequent shoppers, and the regular promotions make it easy to save on essentials. Great resource for both individuals and small business owners. While the store was sparse, I understand due to a lot of online orders these days, but I can appreciate having a real store and real people to assist. Staff is very helpful and nice. If you need something now, Staples has you covered.

I last minute needed to print "programs" for my mother in laws celebration of life. I realized too late the card formats have to ship and they wouldn't make it in time. I created a design and uploaded it as a flyer and planned to spend the night cutting them out and folding them. Today when I went to pick them up after work the person in the printing department handed them to me...cut and folded perfectly. That wasn't and option to choose and they did it anyway. We had a short chat and I expressed my gratitude then went to my car and had a little cry. This simple gesture of someone going out of their way to make our lives easier during a difficult time meant the absolute world. I wish I would have gotten a name but I was shocked and didn't even look or ask. This person went beyond professionalism and put a personal touch to their job. I will forever print at Staples now! Thank you!

Amy, the manager at the Fremont Staples, was fantastic. She went above and beyond to help fix a minor printing issue I had and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service — really appreciate her help!

Be very careful shipping anything from this Fremont store! I took in a pkg and handwritten address, I failed to check the label myself, it ended up with an incorrect, incomplete address and delayed my UPS package by two days, I had to do the address correction myself using my UPS account after receiving a non-deliverable package notice!

Mikhel in the print shop is awesome to work with. We are going to print all our signs here from now on. Cannot beat the price, convenience, getting it right the first time etc.
