Cassandra helped me with a print job, and she was incredibly helpful. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable — I really appreciated her professional customer service and my prints turned out great!

This store has everything someone would ever need to both stock an office and keep it well supplied and organized. Also a great place to shop for all of those back to school supplies and throughout the year. They also stock many different art supplies. The store is clean, well-lit, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely shop here again.

Taylor, Assistant Manager, has been great. He’s helped me for several years, starting back when I worked with him at Dodge, and now I continue going to him at the La Vista location. I don’t understand the negative review. Taylor has always been patient, kind, and has gotten me out of a pinch more than once. This man truly deserves a raise.

I refuse to go to the copy store less than a mile away from my home, only to drive across town to go to the copy center at Office Depot in La Vista. Taylor is indispensable for me and he goes beyond "out of his way" to help. I must admit I have a very difficult time maneuvering my way through the online copies, especially when I am dealing with something different than the usual. He helps me every time and guides me through whatever my business needs are, and I can't say enough about him. He makes that copy center run smooth. I recommend that everyone drive cross city to this particular Office Depot. He's worth it.

I placed an order for two simple photo prints — something that takes literally two minutes...and was told it would be ready by 5 PM. Spoiler: it wasn't. When I showed up, not only was the order still not done, but the staff (including the very lazy and incredibly rude assistant manager, Taylor) was doing absolutely nothing. Just leaning on the counter, glued to his phone, acting like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. Taylor, in particular, seemed far more interested in texting than in fulfilling paid orders or even offering basic customer service. Just silence and attitude, like you interrupted his break that never ended. I’ve never had an issue here before...but now that there's new management, the entire energy has shifted to “we’ll get to it whenever we feel like it.” Which, in this case, was never. If I’m paying for a service, I expect at least bare minimum effort. This was beyond unprofessional — it was lazy, dismissive, and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time here unless you’re into disappointment. The store is quiet. No rush, no crowd, no excuse.
