it’s so hot in the store i took my elderly grandma to the office depot to help her get stuff copied/printed and we couldn’t bear being in that store for that time and just gave up and went to walgreens. if their A/C is broken they need to get it fixed ASAP. cause it’s just gross, humid and hot in the store. Feel bad for the employees who are stuck in the store for hours !

Standing at a counter being ignored instead of providing customer service is not how I would like to be treated nor do I think anyone would. Be nice to have a staff that is more aware of there customers.

What a nightmare of a place!!! Guy told me he doesn’t know how to use the equipment and told me to drive 30mins to the other one lol. He asked for help they told him there was no one lol. Five employees I saw only one at the print shop. Zero customers at the store. I guess I see why.

I recently visited Office Depot's Copy Center and had the pleasure of being assisted by Patrick and Samantha. Their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my experience seamless and enjoyable. Without a doubt, this was the best customer service I've received in quite some time. I'll definitely be returning, thanks to Patrick and Samantha's outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction.

On Friday May 30th my father and I walked into the store 5 minutes before closing. We were instantly greeted by a employee saying that they close at 8. I said perfect we have 5 mins. We just want a cartridge of ink for a printer. He helped us get exactly what we wanted. Checking out at the counter we came across a girl namedKristen, she clearly was irritated that we took 30 seconds to find printer ink and that she had to check us out BEFORE closing. I noticed her name badge said in training so I made the comment she probably needed more training which she then told me she was actually off training they just didn't change her name tag. OfficeMax made 100.00 in 30 seconds and all this girl could do was eye roll, sigh and give attitude. As you can see by the printed receipt we still had 3 mins until they close. My dad is elderly and would've turned around immediately when the young man said they were closing at the door. I am the one that pretty much told the kid to help us quickly find the ink. This place is never busy and I clearly know why.
