It has been a long time i haven't gone to a staples store and found it clean. Overall the store was fairly clean. That's my reason for giving 4 stars because staff were helpful from the i made the first call until we went to pick up product. I think his name is Nick, he works in printing area. Margaret and Andrea appreciate your help in having us received the prints early. It's because of your help our event was successful. Keep up the good work. Blessings .

Returns for Amazon. There was a line outside customers were lined up at the door waiting to get inside to make their returns. Things were smooth a little wait but moved fast. The process was very easy to do but only one person was working the desk.

The store has been open 7 minutes and this is the line for Happy Returns. It was out the door yesterday. HIRE ENOUGH STAFF TO MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS AND THEN SCHEDULE THEM. This is absurd and unreasonable.

Despite my request for business cards to be completed within 24 hours, he went above and beyond to get them done in just 30 to 40 minutes, which was crucial for my upcoming event. Austin's dedication to assisting customers and his strong work ethic were evident throughout the process. He approached the task with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that the cards met all my specifications and were of high quality. This level of service exemplifies what customer care should be, and I am grateful for Austin's commitment to exceeding expectations. I highly recommend this Staples location to anyone in need of timely and professional assistance.
