I was in to return an Amazon item (went great, thank you), but overheard a phone call go out from the Tech person at the desk to a customer demanding their Microsoft Account information (username and password) to finish an installation. I completely understand that Windows/MS Products require these steps be performed as the registered owner, but let them do it in person at the store or assist them over the phone. Do not solicit private credentials from your customer base, especially those vulnerable enough to actually provide them. I'm really hoping it was just a rogue employee and not store policy.

I had a great experience at the copy & print center.Jasmine and Matt were both incredibly helpful, patient, and informative throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, the service was excellent! Thank you!

Went to Staples today to do our TSA Pre-check enrollment, we walked in and went over to the TSA desk.....there were two employees up at front checkout, never looked at us or greeted us when we came in, waited at TSA for about 5 minutes, nobody was there , so we went back to the front check out, approached one of the two employees of Staples, (tall guy with brown hair and beard), he looked at me like I was bothering him, I explained we had an appointment with TSA, and he told me , no you don't they didn't come in today, you should have got an email , we said we didn't , and he proceeded to just walk away from us ....No empathy no compassion. We realize it is not Staples fault for TSA not being there today , but we were in your store, you could have been a little nicer! We were going to shop for a computer after we were finished with our appointment, we changed our mind for obvious reasons !
