They were less than helpful. I went in to make a small sign. And they only had two people working in that part of the store. Each was intent on what ever job they were working on. I waited quite awhile. Finally one of them said, Can I help you? I told her what I wanted and she waved me over to the computer and said I could print it out over there. No instructions no help. When I get finished my job, I could not find the print button on the computer. Again, I had to wait at least five minutes just to get someone to tell me how to find the print button. I felt like I was bothering them. I won’t be going back again. FedEx and Walnut Creek is much more helpful and friendly.

I had a fantastic experience at this store! The staff went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed, and the selection of office supplies is impressive. I left feeling happy and well-prepared for my projects!

Went to staples to finish my application for TSA pre check and Sam was so helpful! She was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t have to wait long and the whole process took like 10 minutes. Highly recommend Sam!

Dennis was working behind the register on 5/16/26 around 5pm was incredibly rude and aggressive towards me. I was in line waiting to purchase a greeting card, patiently waiting for my turn since he was with another customer. He finally finished with the customer and called me up to pay. I hesitated for a second to advance in line and suddenly his demeanor completely changed. I told him that he had an attitude problem and he continued to raise his voice insisting that he did not have an attitude and being totally condescending towards me. Whoever manages this location should really address how Dennis speaks to customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this incident.
