I’m officially done with bay well health. A joke. Sorry we are booked moths out and when you finally have the appointment, something wrong on there end. Right now Omar Staples office is closed and but online it says open, only number is different then next door same address has his number and I’ve been on hold for 30 mins with barbell health. I’m done trying with these ppl. I have it two years to see if things would get better. But I guess the excuse is since Covid (TUH) I’m done. On google now for anyone else who accepts my insurance

Dr. Staples is very professional and thorough when it comes to listening to your needs and making sure you’re well taken care of. Although you may have a small wait, he is worth being patient for. Thank you

My wife Annette Peters met Dr. Staples in his new office in San Leandro. He suggested test for me that no Doctor never has. He is a wonderful Doctor and a human being. He listened to me. He did really care about my well-being. NPR which is owned by Doctor Hubbard best decision was to bring in Dr. Omar Staples. He answered all of my questions. He Is now my PA to handle my blood pressure,etc. I felt so very comfortable. He has excellent bed side manner. He has a patient for life in me. I will refer him to others. To have my chronic pain and blood pressure doctor in one place is very convenient. These are 2 of the best Doctor's in California. Thank you Doctor Staples for your expertise and for replicating all of my questions. I really do appreciate and respect you God bless you and your family and your colleagues Annette Peters.

If you want your calls to never be answered, your appointments to be cancelled at the last minute, be rudely received when you have any kind of inquiry over your own health, go right ahead. I have never experienced this much unprofessionalism. Seriously, switch your PCP now! Waste of time.

Excellent and extremely thorough physician assistant. I would highly recommend him. He takes great care of his patients and staff!
