We had excellent customer service at Staples in Mesa by Kevin , store manager. He went beyond expectations. We bought a Brother Laser color printer with his help. He was not pushy just informative and helpful even with coupons and the store app.

We had to return a Printer this evening. Kevin and Trevor were so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. They went out of their way in numerous facets to assist. We willl return for all of our office needs just because they provided such great Customer Service. Thanks Trevor and Kevin!!!

I went into Staples to get a printer ink cartridge. I met the asst manager Kevin. What a great representative of the store. He was incredibly helpful explaining all the ways to save while shopping at Staples. Sure you can stay at home and order via Staples or other online merchandisers but it was worth the drive and I the money I saved made it worth it. If you go into the store, I recommend you find Kevin to assist you and help you save money. I wish more retail employees treated their customers the way I was treated by Kevin.

🙂Very happy with Aiden the print supervisor. Went in with a multi hundred-dollar job and Aiden, hook me up with some discounts that save me over two hundred bucks. My print job was done quick even though I said I wasn't in a hurry, everything was done later the same evening. Thank you Aiden, you got my return business.... 👍🖖
